Become a Member

Membership in Destination: Greater Pittsburgh is open to attractions, restaurants, hotels, destination marketing organizations and service providers with a focus on group tourism in Western Pennsylvania.

What are the benefits of membership?

Website & Social Media - Your organization will have a listing on the appropriate member category page of the DGP website. Additional opportunities to be featured are available via photo listings and promotion on Facebook which live streams to our Homepage.

Monthly Meetings - DGP hosts monthly meetings at different member locations designed to help Members get to know each other and the region better. Meetings offer a chance to network and build relationships with regional tourism partners; education and insight about the industry through speakers, programs and member spotlights.

Marketing Materials - You will receive listing in all marketing materials produced and distributed via email, mail or in person designed to entice tour operators, group leaders and other prospective customers. Additional opportunities exist in member materials such as a Monthly Newsletter.

Marketing Events & Leads - Your organization will benefit from DGP's participation in travel trade shows, tour operator sales calls and familiarization tours. All members gain access to appointment notes and leads. Active members have opportunities to attend these events and others throughout the year as a DGP representative.

Associate Membership - Associate membership applies to those who do not fall into the traditional membership categories of attractions, restaurants, hotels, destination marketing organizations and service providers that focus on group tourism in Western Pennsylvania but those who offer a unique opportunity to raise the profile of Western Pennsylvania to travelers such as but not limited to: Board Members of a Toursim Associations or Foundations, those offering tourism based services to individual travelers, and travel based non-profits.

Membership Costs:

$250.00 for a single property

$295.00 for TPA organizations

$375.00 for multiple properties
